RADON TESTING

WHY TEST FOR RADON IN A HOME?

IS YOUR HOME'S AIR SAFE?  Experts say that radon exists at unsafe levels in 1 out of every 15 homes and is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Northeast Tennessee has some of the highest levels of radon in the nation but mitigation systems are highly effective in reducing amounts to acceptable levels. A radon test is conducted by placing an air-monitoring device in the home for 48 hours which provides immediate readings of radon levels.

Test your home now and save your results. If you find high radon levels, fix your home before you decide to sell it.  Have a radon test performed on a home you are considering for purchase.

We offer radon testing starting at $100 or $50 with a scheduled home inspection at the same location.
