PRICING
We are a local home inspector that offers ON-LINE SCHEDULING with appointments Monday thru Saturday in UPPER EAST TENNESSEE, including Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol TN, Elizabethton, Greeneville, Roan Mountain, Erwin, Mountain City, and surrounding areas. We do two inspections or audits per day, so your inspection is our only priority. We offer SAME-DAY REPORTING with IN-PERSON REPORT REVIEWS by request to insure you understand your report findings.
COST OF AN INSPECTION REPORT
Energy Audit cost starts at $350 up to 2,000 sq feet then $40 for each additional 500 sq ft. Additional costs may apply depending on the age and amenities of the property you are having audited.
RADON TESTING
Radon testing requires installing a box to monitor and record continuous radon levels for 48 hours. A radon test and digital and/or printed report costs $120. A radon test scheduled with a residential home inspection for the same property is $75.
